■What amenities are provided? Toothbrush, razor, body towel, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, face towel, bath towel, various chargers, electric kettle, and hairdryer are available in the room.
■What types of rooms are available? Rooms with 1 to 4 beds are available. Concept rooms such as kids' rooms and family rooms are also available.
Rooms on the Sky Floors guarantee high floors of 46th or higher.

■Accommodation for children If you share a bed with your children, children are limited to elementary school age and below(1 child for 1 bed).
For children of elementary school age and below, there is no accommodation fee when you share a bed.
■Are there amenities or rental items for children? Amenities are not provided in the room for children who share a bed with a adult.
■Is a bed guard available for rental? Bed guards are provided free of charge, please request at the time of reservation.

■Is a baby cot available for rental? Baby cots are available for reservation in advance. There may be limited availability,, so we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Baby cots are installed in the kids' room type as standard.
■Regarding children's Sora Niwa Onsen tickets Children aged 4 to elementary school age can use the Sora Niwa Onsen at a discounted price of ¥750.

■Are baby supplies (milk, baby food, diapers, etc.) available for purchase? Our hotel does not sell baby supplies.
They are available for purchase at the drugstore (Kusurikirindo) within the Bay Tower facility.
■Is a stroller available for rental? Our hotel does not rent strollers
■Please tell me about breakfast. We offer breakfast in buffet style. There may be changes to set menus.
■What kind of restaurants are available? Can I use them without a reservation? On the 2nd floor, SARAS CAFE & BRASSERIE (Western cuisine), on the 20th floor, Kappo Minato (Japanese cuisine) / RURI (Teppanyaki), and on the 51st floor, Sky Buffet 51 (Buffet).
Reservations are not required, but we recommend making them in advance as it may be fully booked, etc.

■Are there restaurants where buffet meals are available? You can use Sky Buffet 51.

■Should I bring towels with me to the onsen? Towels, amenities, and Yukata are available at Sora Niwa Onsen, therefore feel free to walk in.

■Directions to Sora Niwa Onsen Please exit through the 2nd-floor entrance and take on your right, the entrance of Sora Niwa Onsen is approximately 200 meters ahead.
■Can I pay for discounted tickets exclusive to hotel guests at the front desk? Discount tickets are available for only Hotel Guests at the front desk however, payment will be made at the reception of Sora Niwa Onsen.
Exclusive discount tickets for Sora Niwa Onsen will be provided at the hotel front desk, but payment should be made at Sora Niwa Onsen.
■About private baths and stone sauna at Sora Niwa Onsen Please make reservations for private baths directly at Sora Niwa Onsen.
Additionally, fees for the rock baths are also payable at Sora Niwa Onsen.
■Do I need an umbrella in case of rain from the hotel to Sora Niwa Onsen? From the 2nd-floor entrance, there is a continuous roof, so an umbrella is not necessary.
■Can I wear slippers from the hotel to Sora Niwa Onsen? Since you need to step outside once, please wear outdoor clothing and shoes.
■About bathing tax Bathing tax is imposed by the Osaka City on users of Hot Spring baths. It applies to adults with bathing fees of ¥1,501 or more (morning bath fees and elementary school children and below are exempt).
* Please settle the bathing tax at Sora Niwa Onsen.
■Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out? We offer complimentary luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

■Regarding parking The underground parking lot of the complex facility Osaka Bay Tower (Paraca Osaka Bay Tower Parking) is available for use. We have 800 parking spaces available.
Area C is the closest area to the hotel, but you can park anywhere at the underground parking lot.
Guests staying at the hotel can use the parking lot at the following rates
¥1,500 for 24 hours from the time you parked (Parking tickets are sold at the front desk for hotel guests).
If it exceeds 24 hours, additional fees need to be paid upon leaving or purchasing additional parking tickets.

From Kansai International Airport, it takes about 1 hour by train.
From Osaka Itami Airport, it takes about 50 minutes by train.
・If you are using a train
From JR Shin-Osaka Station, take JRKyotoline for about 4 minutes and transfer to the Osaka Loop Line towards inner directionat JR Osaka Station. it takes about 8 minutes to Bentencho Station.
Our hotel is adjacent to Bentencho Station.
・If you are using a car
▴From Route 17 Nishiosaka Line Bentencho Exit, it's about 200 meters (1 minute) Bentencho Exit →Bentencho Station Front →Hotel
▴From Route 16 Osaka Port Line Kyujo Exit, it's about 1.8 kilometers (5 minutes). Kyujo Exit→Bentencho Station Front to right→Hotel
▴From Route 16 Osaka Port Line Namiyoke Exit, it's about 300 meters (2 minutes). Namiyoke Exit→Tatsumibashi (U-turn)→Bentencho Station Front to right→Hotel
■Is parking available before check-in or after check-out? Parking is available both before check-in and after check-out.
We sell parking tickets for 24 hours at 1,500yen at the front desk.
■Is there a shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport? How do I access the hotel from the airport? There is no free shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel.
Please take the train or a public bus from the airport to the hotel.

Bicycle: ¥150 for 24 hours

■Is there a shuttle bus service available? There is no shuttle bus service. ■Are there any nearby highways? Where is the nearest exit? The nearest highway is the Route 17 Nishi-Osaka Line, approximately 200 meters from the Bentencho Exit. (Approximately 1 minute)
■How can I get there from the nearest station? From JR Osaka Loop Line: Get out from the north gate at Bentencho Station, it is directly connected to the hotel via the 2nd-floor walkway.
From Osaka Metro Chuo Line: the hotel is directly connected to Exit 2-A of Bentencho Station.
■Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby? Convenience Store: There is a FamilyMart located in front of the 2nd-floor entrance.
Supermarket: There is a Lopia located on the 1st floor of Osaka Bay Tower.
■Can you tell me about nearby tourist spots? Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan (approximately 15 minutes by Osaka Metro from the hotel), Universal Studios Japan (approximately 15 minutes by JR from the hotel), and Umeda, Namba, and Tennoji are also approximately 15 minutes away by train.
■Are there any ATMs nearby? There is an ATM located inside the FamilyMart in front of the 2nd-floor entrance.
■Are there any pharmacies nearby? There is a Kusuri Kirindo located on the 1st floor of Osaka Bay Tower.
■About Universal Studios Pass Only 1-day tickets are available for purchase. (We do not handle Express Passes, 2-day passes, birthday discount passes, etc.)
■About Tickets Available for Purchase at the Hotel We sell admission tickets for the USJ tickets, and Osaka Aquarium tickets.
■Are there any lockers available? Lockers for hotel guests are available free of charge on the 1st floor.

■Can I use the hotel's indoor wear and slippers outside of the room? There are no indoor wears provided. Slippers and room wear are for in-room use only.
