Sky Buffet 51 “Trick Food Fair 2019”!

At Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower, the Sky Buffet 51 buffet menu will be bringing back the “trick food” that was such a big hit last year, with a brand new, summer-only “Trick Food Fair 2019”!

In addition to old favorites like “takoyaki” and “skewered cutlets,” this time round we’ve got more artistic with the trick dishes, with pieces based on playing cards and Othello pieces.

The buffet style will allow you to enjoy, to your heart’s content, the creative work our hotel pâtissier poured his heart and soul into.

In addition to the trick food, our regular menu will be available as always, with more than 80 dishes including roast beef—our chef’s specialty—and a variety of starters, main dishes, and desserts.

This is your chance to enjoy “edible art” along with a scenic view from 200 meters above the ground.

* During Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and August 13–16 (the O-Bon period) it follows a two-part system.

Our Pâtissier

Takao Goto
Born in 1966, in Osaka. After working at a variety of prestigious hotels such as the Osaka Hilton and Hotel Hankyu International, in 2013 he joined Hotel Osaka Bay Tower as our pâtissier. At the 6th Gourmet Capital Osaka Grand Prix in 2015, his “Tenpozan Sweet n’ Spicy Mont-Blanc” was awarded both a special prize and an award of distinction. He has a true passion for baked goods, and develops his own original decorations for his dishes.
