ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower will begin selling "Hospitality Disaster Prevention Pouches" from Friday, August 1, 2025, as part of safety measures for the increasing number of foreign tourists visiting Japan in preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo.
This pouch is a multilingual, multicultural emergency goods set that was developed with the aim of making disaster prevention measures "easy to understand and immediately usable" for foreign visitors.

What is hospitality disaster prevention?

This is a public-private partnership initiative to help foreign tourists staying in Japan act with peace of mind in the event of an emergency such as an earthquake or disaster. The aim is to support foreigners who tend to delay evacuation due to language and cultural differences, and to achieve "disaster prevention that respects diversity" by providing multilingual signs and Halal support.

Our hotel supports this initiative and will support the safety and security of our guests by providing foreign travelers with equipment that is easy to understand, easy to carry, and ready to use.

Disaster prevention pouches have been introduced as part of efforts to provide peace of mind to foreign tourists.
